->Short listing of candidate through matching it to candidates skills
->Following up with the applicants
->Developing and managing bridge between candidate and client
->interview planning and arrangements
->Conducting interview
->Handling first round of HR recruiter in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, and communication skills.
->Convincing candidates to accept offer and join
->Ability to negotiate rates/ salary
->Taking care of joining formalities
->Taking care of validation of confirmation process
->Handling full cycle of recruitment
->Managing resume database
